I am currently sitting in a hotel room in Chicago so I can exhibit at the New Product Showcase tradeshow tomorrow. I thought it would be a good time to update everyone on what is going on with our new technology.
For those of you that have orders in house you will already know that our automated e-mail notification system is back up and running. We have modified the timing of the e-mails so you will be notified immediately whne an order has been entered and when an order has shipped. If there is any issue preventing an order from being produced, you will receive one e-mail listing all PO numbers and what the issue(s) are.
Next on the list, is to reactivate the design library and then we will be back to where we were before we converted to the new Dubow Management System software. Once that is done, we improve the look and feel of what we have as well as build more information and functunality in the system.
If you have any wishes, desires or comments please feel free to let me know what you would like to see included, changed or removed and we will try to make it happen.
