Delivering As Promised
DOTS automatically alerts a customer three days prior to production of any issues that could prevent the order from being completed on time.

          DOTS alerts include:

1.     Artwork has been received.

2.     Artwork has not been approved.

3.     Garments have not been received

4.     Not all garments have been received
       (i.e: backorder)

5.     Question about the order has not been answered.
