Committed to innovation and hard work, Rob and Robin Dubow have taken a small embroidery operation that started in a garage with three employees, and transformed it into one of the largest custom garment decorators in the Upper Midwest. In 1991, the Dubows' bought Negaard Lettering and renamed it Dubow Textile Inc. Six months later, they moved the business into a 3,500-square-foot production facility and doubled the company's embroidery heads to 48.

Dubow's quality and expertise fueled growth and led the company to build a 22,000-square-foot production and fulfillment facility in May 1994. The company expanded to 60 employees, two shifts and more than 150 embroidery heads.

In 2011 Dubow expanded it's faucility to 36,000 square feet with currently 73 employees. We also added Tajima embroidery machines, an MHM 16/14 screen print machine, and a 951 Avalanche digital printer.

At Dubow, we know embroidery can be so much more than stitching some letters on a garment. We continually invest in new equipment and technology and are dedicated to the continued development of innovative techniques. In recent years, Dubow Textile has added 2 Kornit Digital printers for direct on garment digital printing and a Seit Laser Bridge for laser appliqué and etching to its comprehensive line of services. With state-of-the art equipment and Dubow's proprietory production management software, Dubow can create any look customers can imagine and handle orders of all sizes.

In 1999, Dubow developed DOTS, a software that gives customers not only a quality product, but also a quality process. DOTS allows customers to track their orders through every part of the process to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness.

Dubow goes beyond garment decoration to be a full-service solution provider. Dubow offers a range of services from fulfillment and personalized company e-stores to real-time order tracking and custom returns for customers.
