Dubow Textile's ability to create a new generation of high-quality, versatile decorated apparel starts with a solid process.

Dubow's production process has been developed and proven over our nearly two decades in the industry. It is a reflection of countless hours of process analysis and the incorporation of a series of proprietary software programs.

Dubow has built a paperless production system to meet the needs and request of our customers and provide an efficient process that keeps them informed from the moment they place an order until it is received.


Unrivaled Technology

With our extensive knowledge of the industry and our customers' needs in mind, we developed a production management software system, DMS, to more efficiently process each order internally and a software program that automates the ordering process for our customers. We integrated these two software systems to provide a method of communication with our customers unlike any other in the industry.


Delivering As Promised
DOTS (Dubow Order Tracking System) automatically alerts a customer three days prior to production of any issues that could prevent the order from being completed on time, as promised. DOTS alerts include:

  • Artwork has not been received.
  • Artwork has not been approved.
  • Garments have not been received
  • Not all garments have been received. (i.e. backordered goods)
  • Question about the order has not been answered.

We can provide this superior level of service because of our commitment to receive and record detailed information about every aspect of the order upfront.


To ensure accuracy and quality, we ask our customers to provide to detailed information on:

  • In hands dates
  • Garment information, including types, color and sizes
  • Design information, including, decorating technique, design name or number, required colors, location of decoration.
  • Additional process required like poly-bagging, hang tagging, re-labeling, etc.
  • Shipping information and requirements
  • Any special instructions

How It Works: The Dubow Way

  1. Gather detailed information about every aspect of the order.
  2. Enter details and schedule the order for production into DMS (Dubow Management System), a proprietary production and customer relations software system.
  3. Receive garments once they arrive to ensure the correct colors, sizes, quantities and type are in inventory well before the order is to be produced.
  4. Re-verify garments at machines compared to order and exam for any flaws or issues prior to the decorating process.
  5. Decorate.
  6. Steam the decorated area and re-examine in Dubow's Quality Control Center.
  7. Complete any requested services such as bag, tag or separate
  8. Fold, recount, and pack per customer instructions.
  9. Ship according to instructions on the PO to assure the in hands date is met.
  10. Invoice the same day or the next day
