Rob Dubow bought Negaard Lettering in 1991 with his wife, Robin. Since then, Rob has propelled Dubow Textile to one of the largest garment decorators in the Upper Midwest and the only to provide a comprehensive line of garment, fulfillment and technology services. Through his vision and leadership in strategic planning, Dubow Textile offers its customers cutting edge technology in both the physical processing of their order and computerized tracking. Rob's vision has always focused on the customer experience, and he led Dubow in "partnering" with customers through education, pricing and response to trends. Rob shares his life with his wife, Robin, two daughters and the golf course.

 Jenna Kraemer
Director of Business Development

Jenna has extensive experience with the entire production process. She gained a comprehensive knowledge of Dubow by first working in a variety of positions during her college years. After graduating with an Elementary Education degree, she joined Dubow Textile full-time as Special Projects coordinator and has since added the Director of Business Development to her title. Today, Jenna, who happens to be Rob and Robin's oldest daughter, devotes most of her time to e-store development and new business development, while continuing to fill in anywhere she is needed. In Jenna's spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking, spending time with her husband Bryon, and discovering ways to continue to rattle her father.

 Dave Lane
Shipping / Receiving Manager
Dave brings superior organization skills and knowledge of the shipping and receiving process to Dubow. He joined Dubow in September of 1999 and serves as the shipping and receiving manager. Under Dave's leadership, the shipping and receiving teams review products for accuracy and quality and notify customers of any discrepancies. On his off time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, children and the golf course.

Laser Applique/Etching Department

An employee since 1993, Rosemarie has learned through experience almost all functions of every department in Dubow Textile. Starting out as an embroidery machine operator, and then moving into the design creation department, has set her up to be the leader of our team as we advance into the laser technology era. Because Rose knows the industry so well, and all of the processes necessary for a smooth transaction, she has established herself as one of the premier creators of the hottest looks in the industry, laser applique.

 Julie Adcock
Digitizing Department Coordinator

Julie brings technical and design expertise to Dubow to help customers transform logos or ideas into superior designs. Julie specilized in digitizing corporate designs. Julie understands the embroidery process and has firsthand experince working on embroidery machines. She joined Dubow Textile in1993 and first worked as a machine operator before leading Dubow's digitizing department. Julie spends her leisure time tending to her horses.

 Terry Harren
Receptionist / Customer Service

Terry Joined Dubow Textile in September 2001 as the receptionist. She is fondly referred to as the atypical receptionist, because she knows all about everything, and makes sure the customers are aware of that. Her goal is to leave the office every day with a clean desk and all customer questions and projects completed, no matter what it takes. In her off time, Terry spends her time with her daughter participating in field trials with her 5 dogs and occasionally includes her husband Ron as well, when he behaves.

Susan was welcomed to Dubow Textile the normal way we welcome all of our administrative staff. The funny thing is, she actually sat down and stayed after that indoctrination and has been a wonderful addition to our family from day one.

Gary has the knowledge and expertise to solve a wide range of technology issues. He has been an employee of Dubow since 1994. He is our on-site equipment technician and IT specialist. He installs and maintains all of the computer programs and updates our customized systems. He researches new technology products and helps Dubow effectively integrate new equipment and software to improve the customer experience.

Through a lot of sweat, tears and frustrations, Nikki has helped lead the digital print department from the infancy stages to one of the most highly acclaimed print departments in the country.
